How do I return an item?

Our Guarantee policy is simple
On eligible products, if you're not 100% completely satisfied for any reason, return it! We'll happily accept returned items within 30 days of the sale date and we will give you a complete refund.

How does it work?

You have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return the goods. So take that time to try out the matrix system or equipment in your own hands. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the results wrap it up and send it back. Any questions or to schedule a return please contact our customer service.

Returning Goods

Keep the original packaging and in the unlikely event you would like to return any products, sterilize all equipment, let it dry thoroughly and wrap it up.

Send us an e-mail at admin@bioclearmatrix.com. Let us know why you disliked our product (in as much detail as possible).

We will get back to you within 48 hours with either suggestions or a RAN (Return Authorization Number).

As soon as we have received your returned product, we will inform you, check for obvious damages and issue a full refund. (within 30 day period)

Unfortunately we cannot refund return shipping charges.

Terms & Conditions

- This guarantee does not apply to items on sale purchased from our online store.

- We reserve the right to revoke this guarantee if we feel you are abusing this policy.

- All returns must be pre-approved by us and have the provided RAN (return authorization number) prominently displayed on the outside of the packaging. Packages arriving at our warehouse without an RAN will be immediately returned to sender.

- We cannot accept damaged goods unless under warranty.

- Return shipping must be tracked using a reliable and insured service. We reserve the right to recommend couriers.

- If return shipping is international, you are responsible for the correct shipping documentation and we will not be responsible for any delays.

- You are required to pay all costs associated with getting the returned item back to our warehouse.

- We must receive all returned products within 30 days from purchase date.

- Lost return shipments are your responsibility.

- Items damaged during return shipment are your responsibility.

- Items received that do not meet our return criteria will be shipped back to you at your expense.

- Refunds on returned items will take up to 30 days to process after receipt of the goods. Payment will be via refund to the credit card used to make the purchase.

- The 100% satisfaction guarantee is not available to allow you to upgrade to a newer product.
